These Terms govern your use of FREBLK. By creating an account or using FREBLK, you agree to these Terms.
Using FREBLK
You may use FREBLK to manage availability, connect supported calendars, communicate with people you choose, create groups, and coordinate plans. You are responsible for the information you submit and for activity performed through your account.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another user's account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to FREBLK or connected services.
Calendar connections
Calendar connections are optional. By connecting a calendar provider, you authorize FREBLK to access the information covered by the permissions shown during that provider's consent flow. FREBLK's Google Calendar integration is read-only and is used to calculate availability and support scheduling features.
User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give FREBLK permission to process that content as necessary to operate the service. You may not use FREBLK for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Third-party services
FREBLK may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including calendar, map, transportation, and other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability of the service
FREBLK is an evolving service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers
FREBLK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Scheduling recommendations and availability calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate, so users should confirm important plans independently.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FREBLK and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using FREBLK at any time and may delete your account through Settings. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as FREBLK develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
